"I was specifically looking for a used Honda element In excellent condition and I found it online at CarsNH. Unfortunately, I live more than 3 hours away in Burlington, Vt. I called and talked to Tom. I asked him to be really straight forward with me about the condition of the 12 year old car and that it was really important I didn’t take a day off work, and rent a car one way, only to show up and be disappointed that the car wasn’t as described. Tom was very patient and thorough with his description and sent me lots of photos. Needless to say I was not disappointed when I arrived, and I was really satisfied with the entire experience.
