"Jorge was confrontational and combative. Would benefit from training on how to interact with sick patients and just general stress management. Avoid this lab, or at least Jorge, if you have another option. Also definitely don’t bother with an appointment they don’t mean anything and you’ll still be there for half an hour."

"Jorge was AWESOME! I only waited 1 or 2 minutes before being called after checking in. He was friendly, informative, and made me feel safe. We went over the insurance info and I left knowing an estimate of what my insurance would cover. When it came time for the blood draw, I was anxious because I have a needle phobia. He calmed me down and distracted me with small talk. He is incredibly skilled as a phlebotomist and I barely felt the needle. My results came back quick and were posted that night to the portal. I highly recommend this laboratory! Super clean, efficient, and staffed by people who care. Thank you so much!"

Thank you to both George and the lady who did my bloodwork last Friday morning - i totally spaced her name but I’m so impressed by her service that I called them to get it and will add to my review when they call me back! Both phlebotomists have a super positive attitude with patients .. and patience with their patients! This is the first time I actually walked out of a facility to get bloodwork happier than when I walked in. It was a quick and painless process. I will be going here for all my future bloodwork needs & I highly recommend this location. Also suggest scheduling an appointment. However, I got there right when they opened which worked out perfectly! There was one person in front of me & I was in and out in 20 minutes."

"Whoever works the front desk/also draws the blood must not be a registered nurse. Ive only had pain getting my bloodwork done when Ive been here and beyond that the sign in process is always extra complicated because they blame me for my name being spelled wrong in their system when they have a robot who books your appointments over the phone. I recommend going to an actual doctor if you can, I was forced to go here because I wasn't near my primary care."
