"Went there a couple weeks ago for the first time and have returned a half dozen times since. Staff in the store and in the yard are very knowledgeable and helpful, shelves are completely stocked plus the yard is well organized and easy to navigate. Every visit has been a consistently good experience with solid advice and recommendations regarding material choices, fasteners, repairs etc. Their prices are comparable to HD, Lowes and Hammond all of which I frequent often. The upside to Hancock vs. the Biddo HD is Hancock is always well stocked and the staff are educated on their products and genuinely seem to enjoy their work."
