"We recently had our 17 year old floors refinished. Higgins did the installation when our house was built, and only needed refinishing due to damage from a refrigerator delivery. From start to finish the staff was easy to work with and very accommodating. The work was done exactly as planned, neatly and efficiently. Our cleanup was minimal.
