"Corey the owner came to our home to measure for a custom shower. He took our deposit, took some measurements, finally after four months, came to install the glass. Come to find out, the template he submitted to the glass company was wrong. Upon install, I noticed the glass was not what we discussed. He said, No worries, I will leave this glass in for now so we can shower and when the new glass comes in, I will swap it out. He did not finish the install due to the fact he knew it was coming out anyway. I waited over four weeks, come to find out he never put the correct order into the glass company. I called and emailed numerous times with no response. Now, five months later he responded to my wife and I stating he wanted to cut his loses and for us to keep our balance and the wrong glass. My wife and I are blown away that he would walk away from his mistake and his word that he would come back to give us what we paid for. He is extremely unprofessional and hostile. Now we have to rely on the court system to get our $2,400 deposit back. Really unfortunate he does business like this. We would strongly suggest doing your homework on Corey Poland and marvel glass. We would never refer someone who does not stand behind there work or there mistakes."
