"The way most all of my cuticle beds were bleeding after this appointment and nothing was done in between the bleeding for sanitation… was absolutely horrifying.. my nails look nice and the ladies were nice but it was not worth a potential nail infection.. I got home and personally soaked my nails in rubbing alcohol."

"When you see this place has a very low stars score, pay attention. Their low star score is for a reason! First, there's a serious language barrier between the tnail techs and customers. They don't speak English. You may not get what you want here. Yesterday, it was time for my nail maintenance. I had beautiful long natural nails when I walked in, and then the male nail tech proceeded to butchered my beautiful nails. He cut them all down to nothing, left them rough so they got caught on everything, and he had no interest in doing my usual French manicure. The owner, Jenn, is nice right up until there's an issue. Then, her true colors come through. There is no customer service. Maybe they think arguing with the customer is better? I will never give them my hard earn money again. I will be finding a better salon, and you should too ! Don't waste your money. My recommendation for this place is a No Go."
