"Went there looking for couplings for sched 20 4" drain pipes - which seem to be scarce when you need them. The folks there not only had them, but were interesting to just chat with also ...unlike other places that treat you like you are stupid to ask for something they aren't carrying right now."

"Called ahead to check on parts availability. Was told everything was in stock. Drove 30 min and when I arrived, the curly haired woman couldn't be bothered to help me. She insisted that I had to be helped by the guy I spoke with on the phone, Rich, but he was currently busy, but she was not. She just stood there and did nothing while I waited for Rich. When he was available, 15 min later, he checked his actual stock on the shelf. He didn’t have, what he had confirmed over the phone, that he did have! His response, " well, we usually do have some, but I guess we ran out". He didn’t even actually check when I called. Complete waste of time. Lost a sale, and a customer for life. Ordered what I needed online for less money."
"Gave my account info to "Rich" was going to buy a Rinnai tankless water heater for my home. He was very rude and said I had to come in (50 miles) and show a Licence to get it. I went on line and ordered it from Home depot. It will be here in 4 days and it was 80 dollars cheaper for everything. FW Webb you didn't just loose a $1000 dollar sale today but for now on you will be the last place I call instead of the first."
