"Paid $100 for a gel manicure and pedicure that looked like a 12 year old did. I live in Pennsylvania and am up to visit family. My sister-in-law and I got our nails done here to treat ourselves after both having babies in the last 2 months. My entire service was rushed and unpleasant. After not having the color I picked, I was not given the colors back to pick a new one, and was instead asked to pick a color from the same set that the first color I picked was on. The nail tech who works at station #8 forcefully pulled my hand out from under the UV light after I didn’t understand that she was telling me to take my hand out. I have nail polish all over my cuticles, and anyone who gets gel nail polish knows that this will lift within days, and my sloppy manicure will start to chip shortly after. While filing my nails at the end, the nail tech painfully pushed the sides of my fingers down with her nail file to file away the excess polish. My pinky was bleeding and my fingers are in pain. I didn’t say anything because 1. The nail tech seemed to be rushing to get to somebody who seemed to be a regular of hers, and 2. I didn’t want her anywhere near my nails again. A huge waste of money."

"I don’t typically write reviews but I was so frustrated leaving my appointment the other day. I called before my appointment to ask how long it would take to do a fill and color change on my nails- the person I spoke to told me it typically takes about 35-40 minutes. I allowed myself plenty of time before my next appointment to get in there based on what I was estimated for time. As previously mentioned in my phone call, I explained that I have tips and dip. I don’t typically get my nails done so I was unaware that you could only get fillings done with gel nails. My mistake, however, was not even asked before starting to remove previous color. I then explained that I did not have time to replace the tips and to just dip my natural nails. He then told me that my nails were uneven and that it wouldn’t work? He then had a women come over to help put the tips on as he worked on my other hand which worked out well and got the job done quicker. From start to finish I was rushed in and out. I had little time to pick out a color, he was rudely swatting my hand away when he didn’t need it, rushed filing and shaping them. I asked if he could please reshape a few nails that I didn’t like and he rudely laughed and said that this is what takes more time in appointments “when people take forever to pick a color and have me reshape over and over again”. I decided to ignore the comment and just continue. At that point, he said it again! I finally ended up saying that I’m paying a lot of money to have my nails done and I would like to be happy with the outcome.He continued to be so rude to the point where I told him to forget it and leave them how they are. They have never looked so bad in all the years of having my nails done for special occasions. I am embarrassed at the outcome and all the dents in my nails from what I’m assuming is not enough dip powder. He charged me more than I have ever paid for nails (more than when I had previously gone there) and from the beginning I was only expecting a $35-40 dollar refill. I understand that some of these mistakes could’ve been on me for not knowing, however he didn’t take the time to ask or care. I have never had worse service and I will not return again. I will have to go elsewhere to have them completely redone."

"So I asked for the full pedicure which is supposed to include callus removal. I still have a big callus on my right foot. I also asked for acrylic on my toenails. I typically do my own at home because every time I go to a salon they rush and don’t fix it when you tell them, or they act like it’s an inconvenience. I will say that I was sat quickly. I think maybe if I got someone else they might have done better. I paid $95 to leave with dead skin under my nails and around my cuticles. Everyone was very nice though. The photo with both of my feet I did myself. Who I don’t think expecting the same or better when I’m paying close to $100 is asking too much."

"Tim is the best. I have been going to him and he has yet to fail me. I love what he did today. Bless you Tim. I'm coming to see you in 2 weeks to get my new set done. The ones done today are the burgundy red ones. Update: Today 3-22 I got the Ukraine color and my daughters cheer team color. Tim did awesome.v"
