"Completely disappointed.. this has happened more then once sense going here I believe in giving second chances even 3 chances.. they have always come good for messing up my nails but this time when I went in to show owner the girl who did my nails did them a little to thin for the length and it snapped my fake and real nail off I was disrespected infront of the whole salon and called a lier! I can’t believe it I will not ever be going back.. I always tip well and am a loyal customer I did not deserve this.."
"I’ve been here a few times and it’s always amazing. My first visit I left with a different design than I had asked for. I went back in and politely expressed my concern and they offered to fix it right then and there. I had to get to work so I didn’t have time, but they let me come back in the next day and they fixed it. Those were my nails for prom and they perfectly color matched my dress after I showed them a picture. I went back in for my graduation nails and showed them the color of the flowers on my dress and they did the designs I had asked for perfectly and matched the color of my dress perfectly again. The third time I came in I was late to an appointment I had made but they were able to take me right away anyways. The woman who had done my graduation nails recognized me and made conversation with me. They’re very friendly people, they aim to please, there’s never a long wait, and they have very reasonable prices!! P.S. I’m not sure of her name, but the girl who works at chair 2 is AMAZING!!"

"My son and I had mani/pedis done here today. The young lady who did our pedis, Angela, was phenomenal. She is the reason I will be back. She made the experience so wonderful for us. Manis turned out well and the experience was good. 2nd time there and my nails are gorgeous! Only issue I had was it took almost 2 hours to do them since I asked for ombre."
