"I have been a customer of Aquaman since my pool was built in 1998. My pool and backyard are a sanctuary for me. The staff at Aquaman has been there for me in whenever I have called them; many times just hours before a large get together at my home. During this challenging time following the 2020 pandemic, many businesses are experiencing a shortage of help, and Aquaman is one of them. They are working night and day to service their customers with limited staff, and I'm so appreciative of their continued great service with friendly, caring, and professional staff."

"Thought I'd stop in since I was in the area. Needed connection for Polaris pump to hose. Two people working were apologetic, but said they were in training, just answering calls and no one to call for help. What's with that?"

In an emergency and being let down by another pool service provider, we contacted Brian at Aquaman, and within two hours he was able to reschedule prior appointments and come to our rescue. Service provided was excellent, and the effort made by everyone to help in our hour of need will never be forgotten! Great work !"

"In July 2018 I became a new pool owner with zero pool experience. The minute I walked into Aquaman, I knew I had gone to the right place. The staff has always been extremely helpful and most importantly patient with me. The staff is extremely professional, and personable. I go in weekly to test my water, and they always welcome me with a smile. What I love best is they explain things in detail so that I can understand better the maintenance of keeping your pool running smoothly and looking great. What I also love about the staff is they never push a sale or treatment. They seem to look at things from a consumers view point. I really like that, and that, plus the extremely knowledgeable staff who is always willing to educate me in pool ownership week in and week out, keeps me a loyal and committed customer. Thanks for making it easy. See you next week :)"

"Terrible customer service. When asked for an estimate of pool repairs they started doing repairs and took parts of pool back with them to store without discussing this work before it was done. When called to complain about pool parts missing and asking them to bring them back, they replied they had explained what was going to be done (they had not) and they were going to repair the parts, which was going to be a few hundred dollars. Also, then did more repairs when they dropped the pool parts off, after they were told we would not pay for more work. Told employee that we would rather repair the part ourselves (found it for 1/4 of the cost online) instead of paying $90/hr for something we could easily take care of ourself (took 5 minutes). They continued to pressure us on buying a new filter, as we do need one, but I made it clear it was not in the budget for this pool season. They also tightened the pool filter too much, completely stripping the nut, and costing us another $109 for a replacement part. On top of this, the staff was rude, augmentative, and insisted they were clear on what they were doing, even when I kept asking questions about what the process was, with no answer about the process, just saying "it is what we typically do". Insincere apology, followed by more statements about how they were right. Would not recommend at all! Find another place and save yourself time and money!"
