"My husband and I have been using Bestick for the last two years for maintenance of our pool. They did a great job keeping the pool clean while it was up and running. Please keep reading. This year our liner ripped over the winter and we called them in MARCH to come take a look at the damage and take measurements for a new liner. We could’ve easily called other companies, but they had done a solid job for us for two years so we figured we would give them the business. All we needed was a new liner- there was no structural damage. They NEVER came to the house when they said they were going to (multiple times). We had to call and text them over and over again to get them to come (and even that barely worked). I even stopped by their office on Chief Justice Cushing highway (which is one mile from our house, by the way!) a few times just to speak to someone in person to figure out what the heck was going on. Finally on JUNE 10th (now 4 months into this process) they came by to get the final measurements (only because I showed up at their office the day before) and we were told that the liner was ordered. We kept our patience, knowing that the liner was en route and even if they installed it in early July we would be OK with that. Fast forward to July 18th/19th- we called, texted, and stopped by their office numerous times since the beginning of July to try and get an update about when they would be coming by to install the liner. No responses. When you try to give Carol a message she forgets the message before you even hang up the phone. I’ve called her maybe 25 times over this summer just to get some sort of update and she has no clue what’s going on any time I call. Everyone at Bestick is completely unreliable and incapable. I’m honestly shocked they are still in business. It is now almost August and here we are staring at an empty pool that we called about in March. Keep in mind that we were solid customers for two years. I even offered up manual labor from both my husband and I just to get the job done. I understand that COVID has caused some delays, but 5 months? Come on. Oh and by the way, the liner hasn’t even come in yet (now July 20th)! They just told us this morning that they still need to take final measurements for the deep end! What?! I understand our pool isn’t standard size, but when you say that you took final measurements on June 10th and ordered the liner, I think it’s reasonable to expect that the liner is already en route. If they had simply communicated with us and set proper expectations, I wouldn’t be nearly as upset as I am. They have no idea how to communicate or run a business. If this is how they treat all of their customers they’ll be out of business by next year, and I’ll do everything in my power to help that happen. Word travels fast when you have a lot of connections in a small town. Please do not do business with this company. You will end up angry, frustrated, and without a functioning pool. I’m happy to speak with anyone who has questions or concerns about my comments or this business."

"They haven't been to our house on the day they tell us they'll be here the last 2 years. Have to call them repeatedly before they show up, after they show up they tell us they'll be here in a few days, and again don't show up. Don't get me wrong they do good work. But you'll be in july by the time these guys get your pool ready to go."
