"We initially were leaning towards a competitive hot tub when I came across the Aqua Living website on google. Although we had searched for hot tubs for our prior house, we had never come across Catalina Spas. We went over to the store and we are so glad we did. As others have said, Cary was so very knowledgeable about the hot tubs and their strong selling points. Was personable as well, which always helps. We ordered a Nantucket that day and it was delivered on time by a great delivery service as we were fearful we would need a crane. But it was placed, without a crane, perfectly on our pad in our hard to reach backyard. We have had it for about 5 weeks now and have been thoroughly enjoying it and all its features. We have had no issues and it is performing as stated. We particularly like the the two pump system which provides powerful jets, and the different jet arrangements in the different seating locations. The lighting is great and the sound system far exceeds what our expectations were. Looking forward to using it in the fall and winter seasons."
