"Lakeside made our Dreams come true, Brianna and Nicole with the all Experience of Frank made this experience worth it. A lot has to go into the design and the layout of the pool and they have everything covered! We completed our installation late fall, this will be our first full Summer of use, they also assisted with help of maintaining our pool since it’s been a while since I owned a pool. Would definitely recommend the experience was well worth it, and at a real Reasonable Price!"

"Are they still in business? They installed my pool over 20 years ago and I was happy with the services. Two years ago they installed a new liner and repaired the coping. The liner is starting to come undone in spots which does happen. I have been trying to reach them all summer to get someone out to repair the liner. My initial call the person requested that I email them photos which I did. I waited 3 weeks and called back. No answer and left message. Several weeks later I called again and then again. Reached a live person and she said they would come out on Friday. No one ever came. Several weeks later left another message. Finally waited till fall to call figuring on summer they are busy and this was not an emergency. I called again 3 weeks ago . A male got on the phone and informed me they were short handed and he had been ill.. He took the information and assured me he would get back to me but to give him a few days. Now here we. Are 3 weeks later and I left another message. No one has called back. I wanted this fixed before I close my pool!"

"This pool company installed an above the ground unit post new home construction during the summer of 2020. Within weeks the liner was leaking and washed away much of the sand layer they laid down to protect the liner surface touching the soil. After repeated unanswered calls a service technician was able to locate the leak and fix it. Fast forward, the ground preparation was compromised by the backwash of the sand layer and the liner last year developed over 1/2 dozen leaks which required repair. Lakeside was aware of this and agreement was reached last year with their rep to address it this season. I sent a request on their website and received confirmation they knew of the issue and someone would reach out before the end of this past week.. well true to form no one called or texted me as I had been told. This is a local company that has been in business for a long time. My experience post sale unfortunately has found them to be unresponsive at the front desk level and slow at best to make something right. I will repost after the connect with me ( assuming they do ) and would be happy to post a more favorable review assuming they make good on servicing what the sold me. Update: Expecting a new liner this week. Have been working with the owner’s daughter who has been fantastic! If all goes well, my assessment and rating of this company will reflect a much more positive experience. More to follow. Final update: Well with the wonderful assistance of Nicole a new liner was installed and the pool is ready for summer use! Thanks for taking customer service and problem solving serious!"

"The service provided by Lakeside has been fantastic. During a time when suppliers are short on supplies, Lakeside bent over backward to get my pool done and done well. While there were some slight issues, they were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to complete our oasis! I can't even describe the enjoyment I got our of our pool last summer. With 3 granddaughters now, the time spent with them in the pool has been priceless, and I have Frank and his family to thank! There are many scammers out there pretending to be pool people, Lakeside is certainly NOT a pretender. They are the real deal. While not the cheapest, certainly the best value for the money spent. I can't suggest them enough. They were honest, and complete. They even came during our first snow and ice event to make sure the pool was covered and secured. Do not hesitate to hire them!"

"Frank, Brianna and the ENTIRE staff are awesome!! We had our pool installed a year ago. We had no knowledge about pools what so ever, install process, chemical upkeep - Nothing. All of our questions were answered with patience which is huge bc we had ALOT of questions. Any issues we had were taken care of right away. We had a couple of rebar stakes fall in the pool over the winter that rusted. Lakeside came out the next day to inspect/clean the liner. We also had to have our heavy filter and pump disconnect and reconnected after putting down a paver patio. Lakeside has been so amazing I had to write this review. We love Lakeside!!"
