"The director Stephanie is rude, as is some of the staff towards their paying members, and treat some of the members poorly that may be having a difficult time or suffer from a disability. I'd recommend going somewhere else... The fall river YMCA is not a good place to go considering their poor treatment towards members with disabilities"

"I do love this gym, but they really need to have better hours. Weekends and early weekday hours are the easiest time for people to get to the gym. If they had better hours I guarantee that it would bring in more people. And the men's locker rooms have mold and mildew on the walls and shower curtains."
