"I made the mistake of going to a nail salon in a mall. I walked in and they told me to come back at 3, so I did so. The male started on my nails and a Second Lady walked in with an appointment at the same time. So he double booked and forgot. He rushed my nails I’ve never had them done in 25 min. I’ve been getting my nails done for the past 15 years and have never had nails look this horrible. Some nails are not painted all the way and it’s very rough looking. Also around my cuticles it’s very jagged. The nails are shaped odd. I could have done a better job at home. Very disappointed. He was very rude I will never go here again. Others should be aware."
"I feel like I'm intruding when I go in this place. When I show up for my appointment, I'm not greeted and I sit waiting to be acknowledged. My last visit the guy doing my nails seemed so annoyed, and he was moving back and forth between myself and others. I'm fine with him splitting his time, but he rushed my polish so much there was polish all over the skin around my nails. I'll look for another place to have my occasional manicures."
