"I highly recommend Bochner’s kickboxing classes!! There’s always fun music and laughing while sweating like crazy. The classes are challenging but they also offer modifications for more difficult moves. They also have a zoom option for when I can get to the class in person. It’s a really great experience, and includes a wholistic approach with an accountability coach that has been so helpful keeping me on track! I still have some things to work on, and I’m excited to keep working!! Edit to add 02/03/2024: I've been going to Bochner's for over a year now, and it's been the nest experience. I'm maintaining just about 30-35lb down from when I started, and Marc and Josh are working with me to reach my final goal of about 10-15lb more!! Highly recommend."
