"I’m so happy to have found Studio Uplift a few months ago through the recommendation of a friend. Jade, the teachers, and all the clients are so welcoming and fun. The studio space is warm and inviting and feels like a community rather than just another gym. There are so many options for class variety as well as options for times. Jade personally cares about each and every of her members and also does so much for the local community."

"I love Studio Uplift! It has truly become a second home for myself and so many others in the community. From the instructors to the members, everyone here is welcoming, supportive, and kind. This is all thanks to the leadership the owner, Jade. She introduces herself to new members and reaches out to make sure they are enjoying their time. The studio also offers a wide variety of classes so there is something for everyone. It also allows you to try something new in a safe, welcoming space. She, along with other instructors, also maintain a clean and safe environment. She also adds different directions and lighting that make it feel cozy in the studio. This is may be a more niche observation but, as a larger person, I have always been afraid to exercise in public. However any anxiety I was feeling disappeared after a few classes. Everyone at the studio is encouraging and kind. It is truly a judgment free zone where all are welcome. I am so glad I found this space and community."
