"Overall a pretty good boxing gym. I can personally verify that you learn to take and throw punches. I am more on the receiving end. They work you too the bone. The coaches are pretty much all business. Its on the rustic part of the spectrum, it is old fashioned, looks sketchy at first, but you warm up to the place just make sure to stick to the coaches good sides (if there is a good side)"
