"My daughter and I had some time to spend together and instead of the typical mall/ restaurant/movie plans. We took a class together. Experiences are so much more important and memorable. We were lucky to get a semi private class. And it was priceless. We lucked out with the owner and her teaching style and sequences to cater our different levels was amazing. With this private class she was able to customize our class to bring flexibility and creativity to our sequences. We both left smiling and laughing. My heart was full and mind was light. I felt like a child playing with my daughter and all the stress from outside responsibilities melted away. We will be back and I will also be booking for birthday parties. This studio has a place for all levels. We felt so welcomed and grateful for our time. If you’re questioning it. Just call and take a class you will not regret it whatever age and fitness level. "We had our daughters 8th birthday party here last week and the kids are still begging to go back! This was suchhhh a fun experience for all the kids! None of them had tried the aerial yoga before, so they were all beginners. Not a single one was left out or couldn’t do some of the moves. The steps were taught in a way that they could all follow along. Such a blast! Highly recommend!! We can’t wait to go back!"

A gorgeous space where you can find your peace and self, Ms. Sanjyot, who's so dedicated to her craft and community, has created a gem for us here! Offering the best Aerial Yoga in town, in addition to her BollywoodFIT dance class which is everyone's favorite. Along with restorative yoga and Stillness power meditation for a zen feeling and a complete experience. Do yourself a favor when in town and join one of her incredible classes. HIGHLY recommended!!!! "Had my daughters 10th birthday here and they all had a blast even my self! The Aerial silks are amazing and great for all ages my 7 year old also joined. The owner was awesome at teaching them new skills, we will definitely be going back for more!!"
