"I joined this martial arts studio in June of last year looking for a new challenge and exercise regimen. My daughter and I attend the adult/teen classes and we love them. I've never liked going to gyms, mostly because I become bored with them, but the classes at JS US Taekwondo are far from that. The classes are thoughtfully laid out with conditioning and stretching for the first 10-15 minutes and then moving on to the martial arts portion of the class. There are three instructors, Master J and two other black belt instructors, who are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging who make Taekwondo so fun. The classes require focus and can be challenging but I find because of this, coming to Taekwondo is one of the few places I can empty my mind and just focus on exercise. We've made friends with other students which has become part of the exceptional experience we've had at the studio. We couldn't be happier with our experience and cannot recommend this studio more."
