Since 2011, we have been teaching American Jiu Jitsu, a more realistic and street-oriented form of martial art that can be practiced by individuals of all genders, sizes, and strengths. Our classes cover a range of self-defense techniques, including striking, throwing, pressure points, defense against weapons, and ground fighting scenarios.
In addition to self-defense training, our classes also focus on improving fitness levels through a combination of martial arts and cardio exercises. Classes are available for toddlers (Little Ninjas), kids (Kids Jiu Jitsu), and adults (Adult Jiu Jitsu) aged 13 and up. Located in Hyde Park, MA near Boston, Canton, Milton, Mattapan, Roslindale, and Randolph, our classes are known for being fun, friendly, and interactive, ensuring a high level of student satisfaction.
