"I was on the hunt for a gym that had a sauna and stumbled LFG fitness. The gym was really clean, and the staff greeted me as if I was already a member. I haven’t boxed really ever, so I did the strength and conditioning class, and I got my butt kicked by Chris. There was no boxing in this class, but there was use of every cardio machine and I’m not sure I’ll be able to walk tomorrow. Also, added bonus and to my surprise they do have an infrared sauna- which is way cheaper than any of the other options in the area, like $40 cheaper per session. I left class (and the sauna) feeling amazing. Oh, and they sell these protein balls which were made by one of the trainers, and if I could buy every bag- I would have, but needless to say I will be back."

"If you want to make positive changes in your physical and mental well being then don’t hesitate to give LFG a try as you won’t regret it. All the classes are designed for every fitness level with my personal favorite being the Bags class where you get a full body workout and learn some fundamentals of boxing. All the staff are great so what are you waiting for! LFG"

"I love LfG’s positivity and community! Everytime I walk in someone says good morning or hello. I feel so welcomed as I walk in and so motivated! Little things I love: there are not mirrors everywhere like most gyms which created a nice vibe! The loud motivating music, I get pumped up working out there it helps me so much! It’s mindless, I know if I show up I’m getting an amazing workout every time. Lastly on holidays Chris gets a live DJ and everyone works out with the DJ playing awesome music I really look forward to those events!"

"Super friendly staff! The place is clean and organized. Everyone is very helpful. I took the Train Strength class and was worried I would be lost but Julie made sure that I got the exercises right and you can go at your own pace. This is more about you and not keeping up with a group, not clicky or intimidating. Chris and Julie both took the time to talk to me about my goals and objectives. I am going to give it a try and update my review in 30 days."
