"Edit: I have been told they will be addressing issues to make changes, let's hope this is true. This store consistently does not clean up their aquatics department, and it shows. They have been contacted *numerous* times before, with a BBB report being filed in 2022. They still did not fix it as can be seen by the pictures of rotting fish and fungal infections. However, the rodent area was very clean and the animals there were well taken care of."

"All the staff we spoke to were kind, courteous, and eager to help. Dan, especially, was incredibly helpful, and I will most likely be returning for advice on the mice I'm caring for as well as the tarantulas I intend to keep in the near future. He was quick to answer the many questions we had and was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I have never been more impressed with customer service! Dan is an amazing contribution to your team and is one of the best I have encountered in the customer service industry. His knowledge and advice has been invaluable. "I had a disappointing experience with the grooming department at this location. I scheduled an appointment for 8/14 at 8:30am several weeks in advance and had multiple confirmation texts leading up to the appointment, including one at 7am the morning of the appointment. I arrived a few minutes early to the appointment and saw a sign stating the grooming area opened at 8am. I was surprised that the doors weren't open yet, but figured maybe only one person was working and they would meet me outside at the time of my appointment. Unfortunately I ended up waiting for 10 minutes after my scheduled start time and no one ever showed up. I didn't have time to wait around and ended up calling and leaving a message about canceling the appointment. I looped back by around 8:50 and there was still no one in sight. I did not receive any follow up call or explanation as to why this situation occurred. Very frustrating."
