"I found the mattress (Purple) I wanted in store and the customer service rep said he could find me a mattress out of their "outlet" for a better price. I thought it was great, saved me a few hundred bucks. Unfortunately when it arrived on the truck it was the classic "bait and switch" scam, they were trying to give me a USED MATTRESS. Even the plastic it came in said "Pre Owned". Also there were clear signs of use and damage. The delivery company was great and basically warned me to the fact before they brought the mattress in. I ended up declining delivery. I called and they said they would give me a full refund. However this leaves a super bad taste in my mouth, they don't allow returns on their "Outlet" mattresses so had the delivery company not warned me their scam might have been successful. I will be filling a report with the NH Attorney General for them to investigate the shady business practices of this company. Totally unbelievable they would do this to customers."
"We met Timothy and we tried four different mattresses. The first mattress we tried was the one we returned to every time. It got very busy Timothy was with others and we were trying out that first mattress. We started to doze off that really made up our mind. That was the mattress Timothy helped us buy. I have to say Timothy knows his job I can't wait to get our mattress home this was a great experience."
