"The people inside is not friendly and make you feel not good. They only have a few pillow and you cannot try the size you want to buy. And if you want to buy online from its website, it still don't allow you to return. They don't have the goods for people to try and don't allow people to exchange or return, I don't get the meaning of having a physical store."
