"The salesperson was very informative and pleasant. He took the time to go through all the different products. Unfortunately he wrote up the incorrect base which has caused me a financial dilemma which will now cause me hardship in making my payments because I had to finance the difference in price separately from the original order and I couldn't get the same deferred interest terms. The salesperson that helped me rectify the incorrect order tried to get me the best deal he could with the constraints given. I was grateful for his efforts, but it still left me having to come up with an extra $65 a month instead of $20. The sales experience, selection, pricing and delivery was very good. If they had just written it up correctly I would have been very happy with everything."
