"I want to start this out by saying: my husband is picky, so the fact that he came home satisfied is a miracle in itself. He has been to this store 4 times previously and no one was able to help him find the perfect printing paper for his card project he was working on. That changed today when he met Lucas. Lucas was able to help him print the perfect cards and was super friendly and understanding. As someone who spent the majority of her career in retail management, I can tell you that this is rare is today's world. Please give Lucas a pat on the back as they just gained you a very loyal customer!"

"Staples sell public notary services that you CANNOT use if you’re not in VA, because it will be only valid if you would bring your documents to VA, where all their notaries are commissioned. Be aware! $25 for service that I won’t be able to get - very nice! No one at the store didn’t tell a single word about this small but deal breaking detail (I have talked to 2 cashiers before purchasing). According to the store receipt - no refunds either."
