"My husband and I stopped by GameStop in hopes of buying another Xbox controller. Unfortunately, we were verbally assaulted by the man working on the evening of 9/8. A note on the door said closing at 6 for lunch, and it was 5:55. We were truly hoping to pop in, we knew exactly what we wanted, pay and leave. He yelled at us that he was closed and to get out. I said “okay, we will leave and go somewhere else” and walked out and got in our car. The man then ran at us and yelled (while we were in our car preparing to drive away) and said that we can’t tell him to leave his own store (makes no sense, at all) locked the door and pulled all the shades. We just sat there and laughed at how absurd he was. But bottom line, horrible customer service that shouldn’t be swept under the rug. This guy should be embarrassed at himself."
"The people that work here are amazing. So nice and friendly as you walk on the door. Always asking if they can help you find something or pre order etc. I highly recommend them if you knowledge on games consoles etc."

Dominick is often working when my friend and I go inHe provides great service and goes out of his way to help, has a positive attitude and knows what he is talking about.
