"If I could give negative stars I would, absolutely horrible experience and extremely unprofessional. The manager will give attitude and yell at you over the phone when you raise a concern. As a former rent-a-center employee, this is the WORST customer experience I’ve ever had it’s disgusting. I would steer clear of this store. The other stores around here are much better and far more professional. I wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy. If you complain they just pawn you off to another store without notice and make you wait longer for deliveries because they’re too incompetent to get it right the first time."

"Stop harassing me everytime my payment is 5 minutes late. I just started renting again 2 weeks ago. You guys want to call me first thing in the morning before my money even hits my account. I said I would pay it by the days end today but yet you still keep calling. The harassment is out of hand. It's not that serious."
