"Purchased 2 stoves, first one 20 years ago for the living room, 2nd is around 17 years and used in the kitchen. Both were installed by them and have had no trouble with either one. Carry a good line of parts and if they do not have the part theywill drop ship to your home if needed."

I own a large home-improvement company And I am not allowed to take full payment in advance, by state law. Everything we do is completely custom. This company demands full payment before they’ll do anything. When I asked why I was shut down immediately. Sorry about this but people should know in advance and why. I can Understand asking for payment in full for the appliance itself but The installation puts it into a different category. I wish them the best."

"I would like to extend my appreciation to the staff. We purchased a wood stove insert in December. The installation crew was friendly and professional! After using the unit for a short time we realized it was undersized for the space. We had a follow up appointment within a few days to look the product over and within a few weeks had a new larger unit installed perfectly again. Can’t say enough about the service at every level!
