"It is not possible to describe how fantastic this outlet is. From Australia we rented a car in Los Angeles on 8 August with National Car Rental. Eight weeks later we were in Montreal Canada and having checked out of our accommodation found our rental car had been stolen. After reporting the theft getting a police report done our options were to wait in Montreal or proceed to our next booked accommodation in Albany. We caught a bus to Albany and weren't prepared to waste a day waiting for LA to arrange a replacement so booked online with Enterprise so we could do what we had planned for the day. On checking our booking, Jess the amazing manager here found our booking and said she couldn't rent us a car as we had a National booking still open. National is owned by Enterprise. She actually sorted out EVERYTHING! We left after 2 hours with the replacement car that LA was to organise and able to continue our journey. Jess is the consumate professional. I was impressed at her attention to customer service and sorting out something that required numerous phone calls. As bad as our Montreal experience was Jess and Enterprise more than made up for it. If there is a staff member of the year award at Enterprise, Jess would be hard to beat. Thanks Enterprise and thank you Jess from two very grateful Australians."

"I worked with Stone here at Enterprise and he was INCREDIBLE!! He checked us in quickly with the best customer service I've experienced in a while. He explained everything about the car and the rental process in detail but in a way that was easy to understand. I even had an issue with the EZ Pass on the trip so I called and he promised to take care of everything and to make notes on my account that I wouldn't receive any additional fees for the inconvenience. The car was great, but the service is what will keep me coming back. I wouldn't rent a car anywhere else! Thanks, Enterprise in Latham, especially Stone!"

"Dear Mr. Sam Stuhler, Thank you so much for reaching out to us. My wife and I want you to know how happy we are with how well Dan Ogden and Elijah Payne of Enterprise treated us and the issue we were having as oppose to Hertz. What a huge difference in customer care. Dan Ogden and Elijah Payne couldn’t have been better…honestly. They were professional and extremely attentive to our needs and made us an Enterprise customer for life. We highly recommend Enterprise to our family and friends. Enterprise has the magic touch of making their customers feel wanted. On the other hand, our horrible experience with Hertz and their manager and assisted manager was completely the opposite to how their customer care responds to issues. Big difference! Hertz manager and assisted manager not only had deaf ears to the problem that the online agent caused us, but the manager and assisted manager responded to our complaint in a robotic response. No feelings or concern to help their customer with a wrong online order that was done by their online agent. Hertz refused to make a price adjustment when Hertz was the party that made the mistake. They do not care of losing customers. In addition, they have horrible customer service and horrible music while waiting to speak with an agent. Terrible. We want to thank Dan Ogden and Elijah Payne for making our experience with Enterprise a very positive and lasting experience. Thank you Enterprise for turning lemons into Lemonade for us."

"The girls at this location were amazing and super helpful! I dealt with Kalie (I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) and I believe Madeline. Both times were fantastic! My vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident. I was insanely stressed out as I was already dealing with police, my insurance and the fact no one seemed to have a rental available. This location was also a couple of days out for a rental but they were the closest to my job and they were also the soonest for availability. Once I was able to get there to get a car, I was speaking to Kalie and she was suuuper helpful! She walked me through the process and explained the fees to me in detail. Then at checkout, I had a CC with my mom’s name on it (tight on funds at the moment.) Kalie did say they couldn’t use a card without my name on it. At this point I was scrambling to find a way to pay for the rental. But I couldn’t get enough signal to transfer money around! Due to the cell service in the area being horrible, Kalie drove us to a location with better signal so I could finish and pay! When I ended up having a problem with my rental later that evening, I called the next morning and spoke to Madeline. She went above and beyond to get me a replacement for later the same day! After everything I’ve been through with my personal car and the stresses involved, these two ladies made this part of the process by far the easiest and least stressful! Thank you both so much!!"
