"DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT SHOP LOFT ONLINE. The employees at this store are an absolute nightmare to deal with and as other reviews have mentioned, LOFT has the ABSOLUTE WORST RETURN POLICY EVER. I tried to return a pair of pants that did not fit just past 30 days and I understood that I could only get store credit. I did not, however, anticipate them trying to give me HALF of what I spent in store credit. They told me that they could only give me $16.99 because "that was the current value of the pants" and they would NOT give me back what I spent which was about $34 I had become a loyal customer up until this experience and I will never shop at LOFT again as a result."

"Buyer BEWARE. Worst return policy. Bought online. Returned to stairs just past 30 days. Got store credit. Can only use IN store and NOT online. Don’t have my size in store. Horrible sales and customer service. “Sorry, nothing can be done.” “I don’t know why they do that.” “We don’t carry that size here, you can try other store but i can’t order online for you with your store credit.” Plus size shoppers especially beware - stores don’t always carry plus sizes and when they do limited selection. Ridiculous."

"Went to this store yesterday wanted to exchange a jacked that a I got as a gift for my birthday. I found the same jacket another size that worked for me perfectly. When I said I want to exchange to the sales person Michelle she changed her friendly smile to and angry grimace. She told me straight to the face that she is not gonna get her commissions from the exchange and that I had to tell her about it from the beginning so she wouldn’t waste her time on me. Well.. it was my worst experience in the store and I will never come back there because of Michelle"
