"Today December 21st, Bloomingdale's at cChestnut Hill...Too bad that a manager at blmingdales is rude , obnoxious and has no class when speaking to her staff and customers. I was there with my son in the gift wrapping section on the second floor who was going to wrap his own gift and was rudely spoken to by a blond manager, on the overweight side ( should of asked for her name), with an off white sweater. She spoke rudely to her staff who was trying to assist us and embarrassed her in front of people. Who does she think she is? Truly needs more training in customer service and how to speak to staff vs making them feel like they did something wrong."
"I visited the store earlier today with a friend (an older lady) to buy a pair of shoes for her. The gentlemen Tommy Bernudez was assisting us. When my friend was about to pay, she noticed she didn't have her credit cards with her and she didn't remember some of the info of her account (we spent about 15 mins in the counter). The sales person, Tommy was extremely efficient and professional, while also assisting other clients, he was patient, with a very good sense of humor and a gentleness that made that awkward moment go by on a nice way. At the end, my friend found one of her cards and got her shoes. Mr. Bermudez's service was definitely the highlight of the day! She told him he was an angel!"
