LOFT 240 Legacy Place, Dedham, MA 02026

"Horrible store. Walked in before their stated closing hours to make a return before an emergency next day flight that had come up last minute. I opened the door and as soon as that happens a “Karen looking employee (possibly manager) ran up to me before I set foot in the store and told me they were closed. There were 4 employees inside, 2 people were in line to check out and leave the store and it wasn’t past their stated hours. I told her I just needed to return one item and I had the receipt and that I would be away for a week and it would pass the return period. She said “I’m sorry, our registers are closed” even though I could clearly see people still paying for their things. I asked her if I could please join those people in line, and she kept reiterating “our registers are closed”. THEN HOW THE HELL ARE THOSE PEOPLE CHECKING OUT?! Four employees are still in the store: one at the register, 2 others folding, and this terrible manager. This location is horrible. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. Anything from not honoring coupons or deals to employees randomly deciding to close hours ahead of time."

"Four+ people working and didn't even look up from their conversations when I walked in or say a single word or greeting to me as i walked around the store so I left. Not a single other soul in there either, not shocking. Can get better or the same at Madewell, GAP etc. Skip this location."

"The sign out front said 40% off all full priced items, but the store wouldn't honor it. Very disappointing."

"I went today to the Loft branch in 240 Legacy Place Space #414, Legacy Place. Dedham, MA. My friend was holding in her hand a sweater that she had previously bought in a different branch and she decided to put it in her purse to be able to look and try some clothes on. Well, apparently if you enter that store with their clothes you are accused of shoplifting and are threaten with a call to the police. Is this how you treat your customers?"
