"I can’t say enough about this school and faculty. I tried being concise but that was difficult! I had a very accurate first impression. They are amazing! I previously worked in human services while dabbling in design. As a musician, I also started making content several years ago. It was time for a career change. I am still refining exactly what means as I have a wide variety of skills and interests. The VEI faculty have been helping me clarify this and continually make strides. Their website and program descriptions were the initial factor catching my attention. They clearly listed and described exactly what I was excited to embark on. In my first call to, I knew I had found a gem. I was able to speak directly with Rich Nihan, the director of the school. He was so approachable and helpful. I was also using MassHire trying to access public funding which I knew was going to be challenge and a daunting process and I dreaded having to explain this to them and for help.. Especially with a learning disability, that would be overwhelming. Rich was very sensitive to this and was ready to work with me to simplify the process. He could see through the noise that I had raw talent and determination. I researched other schools before making a decision to enroll with VEI. Their website was clearly more professional than any of the others. And so were they. I had so many questions I didn’t know where to begin. And they provided not one, but SEVERAL virtual meetings answering ALL my questions before I was ready to move forward. They even provided tech support for the virtual meetings as I was struggling with that! Using teams, Zoom, it didn't matter. And that felt embarrassing seeing as how I am applying to be a technical professional. Tristan supported me then and until I became comfortable. And months later, they are as vested and supportive of me as they were on my initial call. They genuinely care about your success. They are absolutely NOT just trying to get you through the door. As an older student I was apprehensive about learning online. I had never studied this way. The most effective accommodation for my disability is 1:1 individualized coaching and mentoring on a regular consistent basis. They said they could provide that. I’ve been working closely with Kristina Nihan and Jacob Camett for this support, and they have exceeded my expectations beyond belief! I had an idea when I started that I would apply everything I study into one “business” concept. I had a short list of business ideas, and I made a choice that this business would be “me” as a musician and content creator, and eventually provider of creative services. Since the start of my support meetings, Jacob and Kristina have not only answered my specific questions and challenges to do with learning, but they also give me direct feedback on my “business” which essentially has been defined as building my portfolio. One time, I had a friend over, who is a successful business owner. He watched my mentoring meeting with Kristina and Jacob with a dropping jaw! After the meeting, he said he couldn’t believe how amazing they both were. And that I have no idea how valuable it is to have them in my court. Not just as teachers, but as mentors and consultants. And I couldn’t agree with him more! They have also been there through my ups and downs. I do get doubtful of my abilities and lack confidence as an artist/creative at times. And they always have a way of redirecting me and getting me unstuck. With technical hurdles as well as emotional. It’s amazing that every single person in this school has been so helpful, friendly and patient. I have reached out to Becky several times for administrative questions and I know I’ve asked the same questions or made things unnecessarily complex! And I never have felt like I’m a burden no matter how much ask for help. And that is the case for everyone at this school. This level of service does not happen by accident. The whole organization is superb!"

"I have been enrolled with Visible Edge for the last nine months. The training that I have received in my Marketing and Graphic Design courses has been exceptional! The instructors are always available to answer any of your questions and they respond to you in a timely manner. They are also always willing to set up Team Meetings with you to have live conversations. They have the capability to view your computer screen to assist you when you may be having a difficult time working with a certain program. If you choose to, you can go to their physical location in Nashua and schedule a time to have someone work one-on- one with you. They give you detailed feedback, and you can call during regular business hours to speak to a real person about any issues you may be having with your coursework. When I started this program, I had minimal skills with creative software, but I have already learned so much that I have been hired part-time as a Marketing Assistant for the business that I am currently employed at. I now know how to create business cards, posters, brochures, WordPress websites, and much more. This course has boosted my confidence level immensely and I am very excited to see what the future will bring me when I complete the rest of my training."

"I started my journey with Visible Edge on 11/21/22. I enrolled in the IT Help Desk Support Specialist Program. Going through this training has heightened my interests and I am glad that I made the decision to learn more about Technology. The staff at Visible Edge has been amazing. ( I want to give honorable mention to Rich Nihan for his guidance and selection of courses. Instructor Josh Widener for his ability to keep me on track with my courses and checking in on my progress periodically and Becky Raskiewicz for assisting me with keeping track of my time spent working on my courses. I was given the opportunity to meet via Zoom to discuss the program in detail and given an outline of courses tailored to my needs. The content of the courses / videos is impeccable. However, I do find that the lectures given by Mike Meyers are fast paced, and I do have the ability to slow him down, which is a great feature. I also enjoy the fact that it is self paced and caters to my schedule. Because of his passion for teaching, I find it a little difficult to adjust to his method of teaching. As to the course material, I would like to see a lot more hands on material as well as more quizzes throughout the lessons. I would highly recommend Visible Edge if you want to explore the world of IT and your training needs, because the staff will work with you and guide you through the process with great professionalism and knowledge.
