"Great selection and found the perfect dress."
"Came in, and didn’t have much of a selection. And then I see reviews that many clothes are rejected (I’ve also brought in cool clothes that were rejected). I wish they took more items in and therefore had more a selection when you arrive. After all, don’t understand the logic behind not taking items in. It’s not like you’re buying them but rather taking them on consignment. If they don’t sell, the seller is the one who loses out, not the store owner. Wouldn’t it make sense to just risk it and take more clothes and therefore have more inventory? A few years ago I had a much better experience here - more clothes, more finds. Now I walk away empty handed a lot."
"They don't take ANYTHING. Tried to put clothes there three times and all were rejected because "they didn't need them". L.L. Bean with tags still on, unworn Toms shoes, clothing from Gap. None of it. Officially lost my business entirely, this is Keene NH not NYC. What do you want, Gucci?"
"This is by far been my favorite consignment shop! I have been shopping here for years, and have never been disappointed. Both as a customer and consigner my needs have always been met. The employees are always ready to help me find exactly what I am looking for. Not to mention the store is so clean and pretty you would hardly believe you are shopping second hand. At the mall this outfit would have cost at least $100, I walked away spending less than $30! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!"
"Went in to browse with my daughter today and neither store employee spoke one word to us the entire time we were in there. Won't be going back. *editted to reply to owner: I understand that businesses can get busy, I have worked in retail. But one employee was at a rack, hanging up items while the other was doing something at the register. We were the only customers in there. They didn't look up and say hi, they didn't even look at us to smile, no "can I help you find something?", and when we left, passed by both employees and neither even glanced our way. It was extremely uncomfortable and down right rude."
