Previous insurance companies I have done business with, just send a renewal notice with no interaction. Or if I needed to file a claim, have me call a 1800#. Not at Chalmers. My agent reaches out when my policy gets close to renewal, checking for any updates. Also when I've needed to file a claim, my agent walks me through the process.
