I would call when i would receive a letter from immigration and would ask her to explain it to me. She would never know what i would be talking about. And she would say that she gets alot of mail. Very unprofessional , gives attitude. I cant believe we trusted her . And paid all this money for nothing. Instead of helping our imligration case . She has ruined our lives. I dont recommend her to no one ."
