"I was excited to try this store out of an emergency situation and I was completely disappointed. I needed to get a nice dress shirt for a dinner quickly and stumbled upon this store. I bought an egregiously overpriced button down thinking I had no other option. After realizing I did have another shirt, I went to go return it not realizing or being told there was a no return policy. The staff were unprofessional and not willing to take my circumstance into consideration. I will never shop here again and encourage you not to as well. What a horrible welcome to Kennebunkport and Maine."

"Lots of great stuff here. My one star review is based solely on the return policy. My husband purchased a shirt here for a nice dinner we had scheduled. He thought he had forgotten to pack the shirt he was planning to wear. Turns out he found it later that night, and I attempted to return the shirt the next morning. With the tags on, in the same bag, and with the receipt. I think it was less than 24 hours later. Unfortunately, this store only offers store credit not refunds in the form of original payment. This is totally out of sync with every other clothing store I’ve ever been to. I think it is particularly annoying considering this is in a vacation town where most people are not going to use a store credit if they decide to return something. I asked if an exception could be made, but considering the policy was posted, and on the receipt, they were not amenable to helping me out. Salt on the wound - no online store. I guess just be more aware of the policy than my husband was - He would not have purchased this shirt had he known. Disappointing for sure. You’d think a small boutique store would have more customer friendly policies, but oh well. Would love to have recommended them."
