Unfortunately, the administrative staff incorrectly charged my insurance, resulting in no coverage, and did not notify me until two office visits had passed. By the time I was notified of the first charge, I had already incurred a second office visit charge. After repeated attempts to correctly charge my insurance for these costs, I was ultimately forced to pay out of pocket. To add to that, the costs for Nano Dentistry without insurance is higher than the average industry cost. Because of this, I am no longer a patient and would not recommend Nano Dentistry."
