"Terrible experience. I went in for a filling about a year ago. The doctor barely spoke to me, explaining very little about how the procedure would go. After stabbing me with Novocain, I was left alone in a room for almost an hour, with no explanation and anxiety bubbling. No one came to check on me. He returned and silently performed the procedure. I then had severe pain for a few weeks, which he dismissed as being normal and told me I shouldn’t have had such a big cavity in the first place. I take good care of my teeth. Also, so many people, myself included, have anxiety around dental work. This dentist office gives zero cares about you as a human and does not care to comfort you in any way. Let me also note I had absolutely no pain or trouble eating with this tooth prior to the procedure - I only had the filling done because they told me I needed it, and I trusted them. The pain did eventually begin to fade months later, but I had a whole year of not being able to eat on that side because it was sensitive to everything. Every time I called or went back in, they dismissed me. Thankfully, I moved to a different state and had to find a new dentist. The pain came back and I had to have that tooth extracted. The hygienists are also very mean to one another and share inappropriate personal stores. One woman in particular talked down to all of her peers in front of patients. Another one complained loudly about how her parents didn’t buy her takeout the night before so she had to “starve”. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF, DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about you."

I’m thrilled that, together with the Dr, we came up with a solid game plan to restore and keep my teeth. I’m even more pleased (and grateful) that they helped me find an easy and affordable way to pay, since my insurance isn’t accepted here. Pretty awesome that I feel confident and comfortable going to the dentist again!"
