"Called on Thursday and was told to come in at 7:30am next morning for Emergency. Then I waited along with several others for 5 hours. When one of the other guys went to reception area and was told he probably won’t be seen to today because their are others in front of him. He said he couldn’t wait any longer. I went next and asked if I was going to be seen. I was there before the other guy. The lady said nothing will happen until the lunch is done so nothing before 1:00pm and they close at 3:00pm. I said I couldn’t wait any longer I had an emergency. I left with an appointment for Monday. My husband was so upset he called back when I left. Tell the girl who took off this information and gave me the new appointment that the receptionist should’ve never left her front area and go to lunch without informing the people who are waiting in the waiting room since 730 that they weren’t gonna be seen until after one if it all that day. She knew and she left at 11:00 for lunch. My husband bought the lady that he could not believe in the unprofessionalism of the staff to have someone in Pain in the waiting room for over five hours before She went up and asked what was going on and was told that I wouldn’t be seen more than likely today I would have to come in Monday at 9 AM. He informed it that this was something that could wait the weekend and asked if there was references or the dentist knew of someone else that would be able to take me. The dentist ended up taking me in and I was seen timely manner and found out that I had an abscessed tooth, which was highly infected, and the tooth would have to be pulled out after I completed my antibiotics. . If I would’ve waited till Monday at 9 AM, what condition I would’ve been in, not to mention the pain I was in already."
