"Poor customer service. I walked in this morning, and looked through a section of headbands, searching for something I saw online. I approached the clerk, Natasha, and told her what I was looking for. She promptly told me not all items shown online are in the store. I thanked her, then continued to browse. Further into the store, I came upon another section of headbands, and found the exact item I saw online. When I went to check out, and she said” Oh, you found it!”. I replied, “Yes, I did- good thing I didn’t leave!”. No apology from her at all. She should have initially made a cursory look through the store, checking various sections, making sure they didn’t have what I was looking for."
"I took my daughter here yesterday for ear piercing and had outstanding service- the woman that did the piercing was the store manager and was very personable with my daughter. It continues to be one of my daughters favorite stores!:)"
