"I normally would be giving this company five stars, but I don't know what the heck is going on with them lately. The incident that sparked my disappointment happened about an hour prior to writing this review. I, on a Monday, called to have an appointment, they told me two appointments I could choose from, one on the following Tuesday (today), and one for Thursday. I opted for the Tuesday appointment because I have a prior obligation on Thursday. I (luckily) called them before I left work to confirm that it was at 2 and not 3, and I'm told that my appointment is for Wednesday at 2, not Tuesday. But here's the thing, I would not have said yes to Wednesday because I have ANOTHER prior obligation in the morning that day. So now because of their mess up, I'm just SOL and have to miss a full day of work because they couldn't give me the proper day. My boyfriend was in the car and heard Tuesday as well. And guess what- I even have it recorded on my dash cam that was running while I was on the phone on speaker, so it caught Tuesday as well. But I know that all I'm going to get when I tell them this is "oops we messed up". Like how is it just okay for people to mess up someone's day like that? Now my boss is mad at me for something that's not my fault. I've been coming here since I was a child but maybe it's time to switch it up if I can't get reliable service."

"Worst! I called last week talk to a lady on the phone, she was super nice. She told me to bring in my daughter Tuesday at 9:45, for a APPOINTMENT. We go in for 9:30 to make sure we have plenty of time to do paper work. 11:15 we walked out. We tried talking to the front desk ladies who are EXTREMELY rude and don't seem to know how to do their jobs. Then they argued with us saying we were there for walk in care when we were not. Absolute worst!"

"The best cleaning I've ever had in my lifetime, Shelly and I had a great conversation about cats!! A few weeks ago I had some fillings done with Dr. McCabe, he is from Boston. He fixed some issues with vanity teeth, absolutely stellar work! I got to meet his wife today, she is also a doctor!! What I really loved about this office was the kindness. It's just like my last dentist office was that I belong to, a great family vibe!!"

"I know a lot of people don’t have many options in regard to dentists due to insurance or financial reasons, but if you can avoid community dental in Lewiston, I highly recommend doing so. They treat people with little to know respect because in my opinion, they know people are somewhat desperate when they go to them. If you HAVE to goto community dental, i recommend going to the Portland office, they’re the lesser of the two evils."
