The clerk was helpful, and totally honest in saying that it didn't look comfortable on my shoulder, helped me lengthen the straps, which was the adjustment needed. I was very grateful for her willingness to make me a satisfied customer rather than just making a sale! And then I found the raw local honey! Nice experience!"
