"I placed a phone call and the young lady by the name of Melanie answered the phone. I explained that I was looking for extra links for a Bulova watch. She took down my number and told me she was going to call me back. A short time later I received a phone call from Melanie and she told me that she had contacted the manufacturer and was able to secure two links for me. The professionalism that she exhibited was through the roof. What blew me away was the fact that I told her that I didn't buy the watch with them and yet she went above and beyond. I for sure will be doing business sometime in the future with her again."

"Marc helped us choose an upgraded diamond for my engagement ring and he was beyond helpful. He took the time to explain everything and was so personable. The next time we came in he found the perfect diamond and had placed it aside for us which I think is absolutely above and beyond. "Absolutely devastated by this store and this company, we ordered wedding bands back in April for some "sale" they had going on that gave us problems so we canceled and re ordered at full price and we have had nothing but problems and no wedding bands and no money back. My fiancée has spent a lot of money at this store over the years and I can't believe this is now happening to us. We can't get our money back, we even got a lawyer involved, we still have no bands and there is no communication about whats happening, they don't call us, there is no updates. We are going to have to try another store and probably spend another $800+ dollars, and never see our original $800. We are heart broken that we won't have bands that match my engagement ring for our wedding. I highly suggest to everyone not to go through this company, now that I've been spreading the word I've realized a lot of people are having issues with Kay's. I love my engagement ring so much but now I wish it was from a different company who valued their long term customers and cared about things like this. We just want our bands OR our money back so we can move on. Its also weird that after the lawyer sent a letter, we all of a sudden can't get into our account with Kay's?...strange to me. We just wish there was communication or answers for this. Posting a picture to show I actually have a ring from Kay's."

"Our associate Marc was outstanding. !!! He got us right away. Understood me right away. Their inventory had a lot to choose from AND it was in-stock… something we didn’t find in other stores. Most importantly their prices were extremely fair. We were shopping for a special piece and we were not disappointed. But mostly, it was Marc who worked with me & understood what I was looking for and just his overall personality that will have us going back to him whenever we need something. No pressure to “close” the deal or trying to steer me in another “direction” to make a sale. Luckily he and they had what we needed & we couldn’t be happier. Karen & Kevin"
