He went above and beyond to help me get my car to pass it's inspection. The prices were reasonable and after everything was fixed, he took my car himself, to another auto shop that does inspections (since his auto shop does not) - just to save me a trip. My mouth dropped when my inspection sticker was all ready to go when I picked it up. Have you ever heard of such a thing?? Simone is so organized and professional- she handles all the billing, ordering of parts, etc. She has a binder with all her paperwork and past receipts, everything laminated- very impressive. "Very unprofessional. Pricing fluctuates for the same exact service. They also stripped my drain plug from the previous oil change and claimed it wasn’t them. The mechanic who was absolutely filthy got in the car and ruined my interior. Grease, dust, and grime everywhere. Only go here if you are in an absolute budget and like to gamble, or if you don’t care about your vehicle. Don’t let the positive reviews fool you, they are most likely friends and family."
