"I was soooo dissatisfied with the customer service I received from I believed to be the owner. I went in on a Saturday, no one was there but me and he showed no interest in helping me, he was actually pretty disinterested and rude. His friend came in with his dog and he showed him more attention than a paying customer. Never again will I set foot there."

What’s great is that their website reflects updated in-store availability. Feels good shopping local and supporting a small business. Only downside is that they do not price match."

I was nervous about ordering from Maggie’s as I’ve never been to their store, nor have I heard of it (given they’re in NY and I’m in CA). But the tumbler arrived in great condition and shipping was fast (arrived earlier than expected), free (since the tumbler qualified for free shipping), and better than Amazon Prime in terms of delivery speed and price.
