"I placed an order several weeks ago. I knew I would be waiting a while and I was fine with that when I had an "estimated" time of arrival. The problem is at one point it arrived at a certain destination to leave and go to another destination only to disappear from that destination and go back. When I contacted the customer service ( because it stated if it's more than two days past the time of arrival contact them) she was awful, it's obviously is lost or just gone. Any other place I order from has no problem sending a replacement or refunding or at the very least just be half way decent when communicating with a customer. CLAIRE would give me no information and now I'm out of the money I spent and no product that my daughter truly needed. This is by far the rudest and worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would give zero stars if possible!!"

"My daughter really needed a pair of ankle supports for her volleyball tournament the following weekend and I called Friday just before close. Rayleen went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of getting them pulled from inventory and packaged for the courier just as he arrived to pick up the rest of the load. Instead of waiting until Monday with New Year's Day on Tuesday and risking us not getting them on time, Rayleen hooked us up big time and got it done!! Great work and we really appreciate the kind service. We will be recommending your shop to many of the other volleyball girls and teams!! Great work!!!"

I reside in Ireland and ordered same earlier this week. Whilst I thought the cost of shipping was expensive, I was more than pleasantly surprised when the package containing my items was hand delivered to me today, courtesy of FedEx Express.
