I called and asked last minute if they could take a look at my brakes and change my oil when it was pretty close to closing time and Juan said they could do it. Everyone was really friendly and got right to work. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. On top of the services I paid for (basically a full front brake replacement and oil change), I noticed they also filled my windshield wiper fluid and put air in my tires. After making a call the day before, the lead mechanic, Juan, was able to work on my car for a mechanical issue and tire change. I was impressed by the level of service and customer care J&J Auto Service had. I felt like my vehicle was in the best hands it could be in the whole time. The same job that the dealership would have charged me was 5X the price. the job was completed in the same day I brought my vehicle in; going through the dealership, it would have taken them two months to address the issue due to backed up appointments. I am so thankful for Juan and J & J Auto Service. This work saved me more time and money then I could have ever imagined!"
